Updating Bios?

would i need to update the bios for this motherboard (ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2) for the following CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 965 125W)

That board doesn't even support 125W CPU's http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3Plus/M5A78LM_LX/#CPUS

And a quote from the Specs:

Supports CPU up to 95 W

So no BIOS update would help because it doesn't support a 965BE, period.
