Updating chipset drivers

MSI Z68MA-G43 MOBO
SB G840 CPU

I want to install newest chipset drivers for windows... 7 and XP seperately, I use both OS s

Must I delete old drivers or don't I need this ? If I must then how ?

Nope, Intel's chipset update software will do that for you. It's always a good idea to keep your drivers up-to-date. Just visit www.intel.com and download your drivers from there instead of the MSI support page. Drivers seem to be newer at the source (Intel).

So just double click the downloaded executable and lean to my chair comfortably ?
