Updating Company Computers

I have a HP DC7800 Convertable minitower.
It has Intel core 2 E8200, 2 gb 800Mhz ram and no graphic card.
It has got a 365 W power supply with 14 A on the 12V rail.
The mother board has a full length PCIe_16 slot which supports a maximum of 75 W.
I wanted to update this by adding 2 gb ram, amd R7 240 or Nvidia gt 730 graphic as their power consumption is less than 50 W and provide decent performance.

Actually these are only 2 computers. One is mine and the other is my friend's. I just wanted to play some decent games such as NFS etc.

you probably want to start with replacing the power supply. prebuild computers usually come with grade Z power supplies. For $60 you can get a decent Rosewill Capstone model that will serve as a good backbone for anything else you want to add.

and like Dish-Moose asked: what will these computers need to do?
