Updating CPU /w this Motherboard

I currently have a Pegatron 2ACF motherboard with an AMD A6-3650 CPU, and I'm looking to upgrade it. However, I remember someone telling me that I could not choose just any CPU; it has to be compatible with the motherboard. What kind of CPUs could I upgrade to with this motherboard?

you can get a better APU like a8-3870k or an athlon II x4 651 but really be better off getting new mobo, cpu and ram with a dedicated gpu

I was afraid you'd say I needed to upgrade my motherboard. Seems way over my head, though.

However, I do have a dedicated graphics card, so that's out of the way. I'm using that right now.

then get an athlon II x4 651 its a decent cpu and will last you another year or so then build a new rig with the Kaveri APU a10-7850k or an intel i5-4670k
