Updating drivers in old computer

When people buy old computers with Windows 8.1 or 10 installed on few years older computers I wonder how do they could update the drivers?
Updating driver is also important as well as Windows.

If it's an older system, then Windows itself most likely already has the drivers. These do periodically get updated if the manufacturer bothers to do so.
So, Windows Update is a good place to start.
Otherwise heading to the hardware manufacturers site is the way to go.
Eventually, however, there won't be updates for older hardware and you will have to just use whatever is the latest driver available.
