Updating fx8350 for editing

I want system for video editing s/w Adobe premiere and the current configuration is
Fx8350 5 years old
Asus mother board
16gb ram ddr3
250gb ssd
1tb hhd
And 1 GB graphic card

I am planning to buy gtx 1050ti will it help me towards a flawless work flow? Please help

I have problem with budget..can I buy any ryzen and use it without graphics card for video editing ?

No a card won't help , system is very outdated , time for RYZEN.
