Updating games remotely.

I'm going on a vacation where i will be away from my home for about one month. The problem is that my internet connection is super slow so when i come home from these vacations i end up having my PC turned on for one day until the games finish updating.

So is there any way for me to turn on my PC remotely from another country and get it to start Steam and update my games, so i can come home and play without having to wait for my games to update.

if you didnt set up any "wake on" feature its impossible im afraid. If you did, with the steam app (supposing you use steam) you can update and install games in the "Game" tab

The annoyance of waiting a whole day for your games to update so you can play is much, much less than the risk of leaving your system on and accessible to the outside world for you to do that remotely while on vacation.
