Updating my AMD GPU Drivers changes my screen quality/resolution?

Title + I have fiddled around with it for hours and have found no solution. Changing the resolution in the control panel does not help. I have read that you should change the overscan/underscan option in the Catalyst Control Center, but it doesnt allow me to adjust this.

Does anyone have a solution?

What's the problem? And so you uninstall the old driver before installing the newest driver?
