I need some help to update my bios.I have formated a usb stic in ntfs, downloadet the latest bios(1005) from asus, and got to files one is the cap file(bigger) and one is called renamer file(smaller)
according to asus I have to rename my bios file to M11E.CAP this meens the file with cap at the end or the rename file.I know simple question but havent done it before,I usualy update via internet,so first time I will flash with usb stic

First the USB stick should be formatted to FAT32 (as per most MB manufaturers instructions) and the BIOS file (*.cap) needs to be renamed, the rename.exe is just there to do it for you.
In windows just run rename.exe and a CMD window will pop up click on that window and hit enter to rename the BIOS file (the file with .cap as the extention).
