Updating my Bios for the Phenom

Okay, I recently bought a Phenom II X6 to replace my Athlon X2 Dual core. After I switched the monitor was not turning on. After some research I came to the conclusion that I needed to update my bios. My system's bios is currently P.1 and I need P1.5 to operate the new cpu.

My Motherboard is the ASrock N68-S UCC. If someone could post a link to the updates I need along with step by step instructions. That'll be great.

Should I begin download of P1.5 or should I download every single update up to there?

I tried P.1.5. When the installation began I got the error "Error: Rom file size incorrect". Any ideas?

(I also tried installing the other ones for Windows. Same error every time.)

Did you try the newest one using their instruction (the red + in front of the download link).
