Updating my gpu driver completely ruined my PC....

Recently tried to update my driver, but I ran into a problem. As soon as I clicked "run" my screen went black. I could see my mouse and move it around but after about 5 mins I restarted my PC. Now every time I try to start my PC I get a "Fault in Non-page area" blue screen right away. I've tried a system restore but that didn't work. Found out that it would run in safe mode and tried to uninstall the AMD driver but that did nothing. Tried to install with an older driver in safe mode and that wouldn't work either. I'm not really sure what to do, would really appreciate some help on this.

stick out your GPU, plug the monitor in your mobo, remove every little thing about your GPU, stick it on again and try reinstalling it.

Can you please try the solution given in this tutorial?

Also, can you please try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if the issue is fixed automatically?
