Question Updating my old desktop help plz

Hi

I have this old desktop that I want to upgrade but I have no idea what cpu, you, ram to upgrade to and is it even worth it. The motherboard it has is A55BM-A/M32BF/DP-MB. It has A6 6400k, 4 GB ddr3, 1TB HDD which is pretty slow. Budget is $200. I would really appreciate if someone can help me.

Use ur previous HDD, PSU, Cabinet... Also later upgrade to a SSD, it will make things snappy...
