Question Updating my rig

I have a 700W PS, 16GB RAM (up-gradable to 32GB ), I3-3220 Quad core, Windows 10 pro 64bit, PLANAR PLL2410W 24" LED MONITOR, Gigabyte Intel Z77 SLI/CrossFireX ATX MB, NZXT Phantom Full-Sized Tower, 2 each 1 TB HDD I would like to update my rig so that I can use VR. What would I need to do it as economically as possible?

What country are you shopping in and what's your upgrade budget?

Would an Oculus Quest 2 (or similar stand-alone) serve your VR needs?
