Hello, I recieved my new CPU today, Ryzen 5 3600. My mobo is B350 PC Mate and according to google I should update my bios to version 7A34vAL but on official page the last official realease of bios is 7A34vAJ which come before the CPU itself. Then there are beta files that are new.

What should I do? Should I install beta version or what to do now?

"according to google" does not count!!!

The only reference you should be looking at is what comes from the manufacturer.

So lets see:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B350-PC-MATE/support#cpu

Ryzen 5 Matisse PRO 3600 100 3.6GHz 3MB 32MB B0 65 N/A 7A34vAL.zip
Yeah I mean that, I just said by "googling"
But there is still the problem, this bios is missing on the page and that is my problem.
So should I use the latest beta version? And is it even recommended?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

What BIOS version are you currently on? What processor are you currently on for your platform? You should move to flashing the BIOS with a version that's a step above. Usually if the BIOS is not listed on the site anymore it was pulled due to being faulty or that the next BIOS version was a remedy to said fault.

You don’t want to get the bios from a random website either. I think I’d almost consider trying the beta bios but just realize the beta bios is basically an unofficial release so not sure if it will introduce any issues or work perfectly.

This is in the event that the beta bios is the next version up after the recommended bios that appears to be missing.

Current CPU is Ryzen 3 1200 and Bios is from 2017 think 7A34vA7.

I agree with the person above. I’ve used beta bios versions in the past on an asrock board and they were ok.

Your board has been out for a long time and should be pretty stable, they just may not have been able to test enough to mark it as an official release.

A ryzen 1200 to a 3600 should feel like a new pc for you.
