Updating Z97-K Bios "Not a proper Bios!" Please help (Issue Resolved)

I have resolved the issue.

I have just finished trying several configurations. I have tried Bios Files 0326, 0330, 2401 and 2604. I tried them all on a new USB 2.0 and 3.0 flash drives, both formatted as NTFS and Fat32. I have tried running the "BIOS updater for 5th Gen Intel Core Processors" from windows and selected the above mentioned files, both from my flash drives and from my downloads folder and the results are always the same "Not a Proper Bios" or "Incorrect Bios File". I'm clueless at this point, not ever have I had such a hard time updating bios, and that includes pre-UEFI boards.

The reason I am so intent on updating my bios is because I am occasionally having black screens and I have narrowed it down to the board through careful troubleshooting.
