Hi. I'm looking to update my pc. My current pc specs is CPU - i3 3220 , GPU - GT620 OEM 2gb , RAM - 4gb DDR3 , Motherboard - DB75EN. I'm wanting to upgrade my GPU to a GTX 750 1GB and also my RAM from 4gb to 8gb. I wanted to know how my computer will perform. I play games like battlefield , F1 , Planetside 2. And also i do 3D modeling in Autodesk Inventor pro 2014. I don't make big assemblies but only upto maybe 20 parts. I wanted to know how my pc would perform in the above mentioned tasks and would my CPU bottleneck my GPU. P.S. I have a diplay of resolution 1440 X 900. Thanks! :)

autodesk inventor recommends on the NVIDIA side to use quadro cards, 4GB cards preferably, are you sure the gtx 750 card will work with autodesk inventor? i didn't see it on the list when i checnked their recommend hardware graphics

also for autodesk i would at least upgrade to the i5-3330 or the i7-3770 preferably for working with content creation along with a 8GB ram upgrade, but preferably 16GB ram, BUT this depends on your workload. since you are upgrading to 8GB ram maybe your workload isn't intense enough for the i7 upgrade and the i5-3330 would be sufficient. but definitly upgrade to the i5 at least.

actually i'm a student and have the student version of it. It is still the same as inventor pro 2014. I can'y go for quadro cards as they are a bit too expensive for me now. My current pc doesn't lag even for a second but ifor gaming gt 620 is not good and i think gtx 750 work fine for small assemblies . And would i3 3220 bottleneck the GTX 750. Thanks!

I can't upgrade my CPU currently as i do inventor as an hobby and being a student currently i can't put alot of money. I do it as want to become an aerodynamicist. And also i don't make that intensive models.
