Question Upgading RAM, MB, and CPU

I asked this question about a month ago but now that black friday deals have come out I want to make sure this is the best upgrade I can get for the money.
I'm looking at getting the i7-9700k from best buy for $299.99. An Asus z390 prime-a from amazon for $164. And the patriot viper steel 16gb at 4000mhz for $89.99 at newegg. Would there be a better upgrade for around the same price?
