iI looks like you have the Desktop version from he PSU size, and your choice of low profile video card. That looks like a good upgrade. Get the latest BIOS from Dell. Be sure to boot into Safe Mode and remove your old GPU drivers. Swap in the new card. Boot into Safe Mode with Internet and download latest drivers.
