Upgradation

Hi all,
I just wanted to upgrade my system & make it a little bit faster so that it can play some of the high end games like nfs run & etc.

My current config is:
intel dual core E2140 1.6 ghz,
1 gb ddr2 ram,250 gb hdd,
msi g31 motherboard..

And I want the upgrade cost to be within the budget of 10,000rs
please give me some suggestions so can make it a better system.

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5700 3GHz - Rs.3404
RAM: Transcend DDR2 2GBx2(so that total RAM=4GB) - Rs.1454x2=Rs.2908
Graphics Card: PowerColor Radeon HD5570 1GB DDR3 - Rs.3293

Total Cost = Rs.9605

You should also specify your PSU and its wattage.
