Upgrade 4820k or 4770k

I am going to upgrade my PC with a new CPU, motherboard, and CPU cooler. Right now I am leaning towards the 4820k, one of the corsair closed loop coolers, and the msi GD45 mobo. I am using it for medium to heavier gaming along with streaming and recording. What cooler would you recommend and or other suggestions.

That would mean taking the i7-4770k by the way, Which has better single thread performance, which games need.

Do you plan on overclocking? corsairs hydro series is definitely a good liquid cooler. For air cooling, cm hyper evo 212 is good and cheap. Or if you have money to spend dark rock 2 be quiet air cooler is good.

+1 Even with the increased amount of cache and higher stock frequency the 4770k out performs the 4820K
