Question Upgrade 7 year old desktop again for casual gaming?

This forum helped me build this desktop in 2013 and upgrade it to the following build in 2016:

Like the friend who only calls when they need something, I'm back for advice. As a casual gamer - I'd like to upgrade to a new "budget" video card so I can play some of the newer graphics intensive games on the low-medium video setting. So my questions are:

1. Even with a new graphics card, will my motherboard and cpu be sufficient?
2. With a 7 year old power supply, should I look at replacing that?
3. If my system is worth upgrading, what graphics card (under $200) do you recommend?

Given the age of this equipment there is very little I would suggest aside from full replacement.
