Upgrade 750ti FTW to...?

hey guys!
so as the title says, im looking to upgrade my gpu to something else, something preferably under $300 would be great! Looking for something that will max out games easily and support me having dual monitors (one to game, the other to look at stuff). Any suggestions? Thanks!

Not quite sure the GTX 750ti could handle playing a game on one screen and using another but I haven't tried it. My GTX 750ti can game fine but I think the 2gb's of memory might not work so well trying to do 2 monitors

I suggest plugging your 2nd monitor into your IGPU, that way the discrete GPU can worry about pushing FPS on the gaming monitor.

Just like rolli said, GTX 970 is great for $300.
