Upgrade a old PC

Hi guys,

I gave my friend a old pc that is in need of a major upgrade. He only plays LoL, warframe and WoW so no need for a massive upgrade I think just a new graphics card, he's budget is £80 which is not alot I know but thats why im asking here to see whats the best bang for our buck.

Looks like a very good card for the price! just want to ask will this fun smoothly on a 300W PSU and that the cpu wont bottle neck it?
