upgrade a6-3650 to a8-3870k worth it?

Hello,
Stuck not being able to upgrade much. I have a a75ma-g55 with and a6-3650 8 gigs of ddr3 1033 crucial m4 128 and a msi gtx 560ti. Would it be worth it to upgrade to the a8-3870k for $90, and the ram. I know crazy to but an apu and then throw in a 560ti but had to sell my i5-2500 and was able to build this system to stay in the game, bf2-3.

As far as a gaming CPU, Tom's ranks both in the same tier: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
But if cost isn't a major concern, I would go for it. O/C the 3870K to the max. The 560ti should give as good a result with that chip as it would with the others in the upper half of that tier. None of which are exactly slouches in gaming.
