Question Upgrade advice for Dual Monitor setup 1440p ?

Hello
im looking forward to upgrade my monitor setup for mostly gaming.
Actually theres one WQHD 2560x1440 MSI MAG27CQ 1440Hz 27" curved as mainscreen and 1 small 1920x1080 60Hz as 2nd screen.(YouTube,browsing etc)
Now I'm struggling between two options for the upgrade:

1. New Mainscreen 3440x1440 34" (Ultrawide) curved and my "old" 1440p as 2nd
2. New screen same as my old one... So 2x 2560x1440p in 27"

In question of the size, the 3440x... 34" should be nearly the same as my 2560x...27" in height.

Some of you have one of these setups and can tell me about the pros and cons?
Before i forget.. actual system i5 8600k and Asus Strix Vega64... gpu upgrade planned for next year

It really comes down to personal preference.

I would always have two matching monitors, so when you have them side by side it’s smooth and natural to drag things from one monitor to another and you get a nice wide desktop.

but really it doesn’t matter one way or the other, it’s down to personal preference.
