Upgrade advice, mobo,cpu,ram. Asus P6T, Gskill DDR3 1600, i7 920

Alright, so I am looking to upgrade the core of my system, because to be honest I have someone that is willing to take my current Case, mobo, cpu, cooler, and ram off my hands for a more than fair price. So it's a no brainer to upgrade now. So I will be getting a case, yet to be totally determined, but I have the one I'm thinking of listed below. My buddy also has a Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme 1366 RT he is willing to loan me as long as I own the system. (he went liquid a week ago). So let me know what you think of the below list. I am looking to get a decent OC, 3.8GHZ if possible. However, I am new to the i7 world so we will see what I find out. I already have an ASUS 4870 1gb card and Vista Ultimate 64bit.

Case: Thermaltake ElementS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133077
Cooler: Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme 1366 RT http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_page/product_page/cpu/u120ex-1366rt/product_cpu_cooler_1366rt.html
CPU: Intel i7 920 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115202
Mobo: Asus P6T http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131359
Ram: G. Skill DDR3 1600 8-8-8-21 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231247

So what say all?
My buddy just build a rig with the Asus P6T for a customer (aka friend) of his and used the ANTEC 1200 case. I was looking at the Antec 902 case but he warned me of the side panel. It has a clip for a fan that doesn't allow tall coolers. He said he had to cut off the clips to fit his cooler and then it looked like crap. He fabbed a new window from a piece of Plexan. so I settled on this case, and at $99 it shouldn't be to shabby.

I like the P6T over the deluxe as the 3 PCI-E are seperated more and the PCI slots are designed in a nicer config. Plus I've heard it doesn't OC any better than the vanilla P6T board.

I'll let you all know, it's ordered. I am not one to throw alot of money into a PC, but I do like my games, and I do like my upgrades. I like that fine like between performance and being economical.
