Upgrade Advice ?

Hello, This is my PC specs ( below) I wonder if I want to upgrade to have smoother and higher FPS which specs would you advice me to upgrade beside the GTX 1070.
( It is a gaming PC, I don`t render ETC.., and i am looking for overclock-able specs)

GIGABYTE H81-S2PT ( crap budget MOBO)
GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8GB ( Connected to the PCI 2.0 ) ( OCed from 1620 to 1680 mhz )
i5 4690 (NON K) ( stock cooler, clocked at 3.9Ghz )
2X8 G.SKILL Ripjaws 1600mhz
PSU Cooler Master 650w
1 T.B WD Blue 7200rpm
500 GB WD Green ( for storage )

What kind of monitor are you using? Your i5 is still very strong. I'm not so sure you'll get your money's worth out of upgrading it.
