Question Upgrade advice

Hi all,

I'm building 2 computers soon and would like to know if this will work for internet browsing, listening to Pandora, having a couple of Excel files opened and working my lead management software.
This would be the less powerful of the two.
This is my current build:
MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate motherboard
i7 4700 Haswell CPU
Corsair H100i 240 Platinum RGB (will be keeping this for the other computer.)
32GB G-Skill Sniper DDR3-2400 Memory
NVidia GT1030 2GB Video card (pretty weak. LOL)
Older ANTEC 620W PSU (this is the actual PSU I would use. Not the one shown in pcpartpicker config below)
Crucial 500GB SSD

Need to know which software, and what its requirements are. The graphics card really isn't necessary either, unless you intend to game.

Pandora, ZOHO Lead Management, Google Chrome, Microsoft Office Pro on Windows11. No gaming but I like a "fast" computer!

Yea you can go faster, if you ditch the unnecessary GPU. You will want a better quality PSU. That one is not good. Assuming you want DDR5 for easier future upgrade support?
