upgrade AMD FX 8350 Cpu cooling?

im going to be putting in a Ultra Durable motherboard 970A-D3P motherbord with a AMD FX 8350 plus a Corsair H55 liquid CPU Cooling will that work?

Don't buy this stuff, buy an R5 1400 and a b350 motherboard, it comes with a cooler that's fine for it.

Do not invest in the FX platform at this time. It is dead and super outdated.

Ryzen 5 or the Pentium G4560 offer great entry-level budget performance.

Investing in an FX platform new is different to getting a CPU upgrade which is better than an i3 and keeping 20GB of RAM from becoming obsolete using a high end board you already have.
The 9590 is half way between an i3 and i5 with solid performance for the money.
Buying RAM on top of an i5 and B250 board wouldn't leave much room for a good GPU upgrade, limiting you to the 1060 3GB.

The 9590 is fantastic if you want your PC to double as a convection oven. Otherwise, quite useless for the cooling and MB you'd need to run one of the things.

I didn't see a budget listed, but nothing wrong with a RX 480 or GTX 1060 for 1080p gaming.
