upgrade Asus or MSI

Hello all
I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard to either a :

Or Asus sabertooth tuf

They are both roughly the same price but the MSI also comes with call of duty ghost.....

Or do I save myself some money and get the lower end MSI MPOWER SP ...which is still a gd motherboard.

as good or better than both boards and a tad cheaper. The armor is a dust trap (and can somtimes actually hamper thermals)

Well you only have 7 days on the mail in rebate for COD Ghosts. That's not much time. I would consider it if they gave you a little more time to try out the board but since they don't I would go with the Asus.
