Can you upgrade a fan cooled Aurora R11 to liquid cooled ?

On this thread, shows a modded R1,

so the socket is compatible with Asetek coolers or a any waterblock that comforms to the LGA 115x socket.

On the topic of upgrade, any upgrade will have to be off the books, why? Since the AIO that's listed on Dell's support site(during system purchase), to my knowledge is not sold stand-alone.
