i never upgraded bios of moterboard for this notebook and i don't Know if it's possibile to Upgrade boot lodare for pendrive

The only BIOS updates you can use are those for your particular notebook model on the HP website.

Does your current BIOS not support booting from USB? If it does, you don't need a BIOS update.
