Upgrade build compatability check with Asus H170

Hi,

I'm planning to upgrade my desktop PC (currently old AMD Phenom CPU from 2011). I plan to get:
Mobo: Asus H170
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500
Graphics: Nvidia GTX960 with 4GB RAM
RAM: kingston-hyperx-fury-8gb-2x4gb-2133mhz

I think this stuff should all be compatible, but just want to make sure?
