Additional Comments: Im looking at grabbing (i7 3770k ivy bridge, SuperClocked GTX 680 and Asus Sabertooth Z77 LGA 1155) Will this MB be good with both this CPU and GPU?

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Current system lacking in gaming power.

The IB processor and GTX 680 SSC will be a demon at 1900x1200. No problem there. But be sure you have a good quality PSU of adequate size. That includes planning ahead for SLI/CF.
If CF/SLI is in your future, look for MB that has at least 2 PCIe x16 slots that can be used together while maintaining at least X8, X8 bandwidth. Some boards only have an X4 bandwidth 2nd slot. And of course, be sure the MB can do both SLI and CF. Some are limited to one or the other.
