Hi. It's time for me to upgrade my rig as it is starting to die. I need some advice on what is best for for my budget.
Today i run this
CPU: AMD Athlon 2 x4 635
Mobo: Asus m4a77
GPU: Nvidia 750 ti OC
Memory 2x 2x4gb ddr2 (two stick is 1333mhz the other two no clue)
PSU: Corsair cx430
Storage 1.5TB 7200 1 250GB 7200 laptop drive

So i have 3 setups in mind at this moment mostly the same just small changes depending on what the stores where i live sell
I'm hoping ill get enough money to pretty much buy any of these setup but i'm unsure
So to fund this ill have to sell of my aquariums and that will hurt but i need a working computer more then i need those and im hoping to get 273.90 USD but i know ill get atleast 219.12 USD and a few USD i can spare from daily living.

First one the cheapest at 222.08 USD

This one at 253.69 USD

And last this one 254,94 USD

As i said above im hoping to get 273.90 USD from the sales but you never know.
you are free to come with your suggestions on other setups in my price range. BUT i don't want intel processors. I have never tried intel and don't feel like as i can't afford to go back to amd for several years

I do have a concern about the processor in the first link. when i googled for a comparison of the FX 4300 and FX 6300 they seemed to be pretty similar the FX 6300 just beating by a tiny bit but i would like your opinions on this. But it might be worth going for that processor as i can probably add in an small SSD like 120GB in the budget aswell.

I do game during all my free time but i don't play any tripple A games i play some online games that this computer today run quite fine but could be better and simulator games like Euro truck simulator 2, American Truck simulator and Farming simulator 2015 and soon 2017 and older racing games like dirt 2 3 and even older.

Last note i would prefer quick replies as my main computer can't log in here and the computer i'm writing on right now has been repaired and goes back to my friend tomorrow. So i have a short time tomorrow were i can reply.

The issue has to do with the CPU i believe it is not friendly with windows 10 and i just haven't removed the windows 10 upgrade as it takes time and the sites that i do access on a daily basis is not an issue just some i need to refresh a few times before they load fast enough.
(currency was exchanged from my currency to USD so give or take a USD here and there)

I don't see why you're against intel. This one is 232.86 base (at least on pc part picker) and unlike the amd socket it isn't a dead end path http://pcpartpicker.com/list/b9QmsY

The i3 6100 is faster than the FX 6300 and FX 4300. All you are doing is light gaming so you are not gonna benefit from the 2 extra cores.
This video sums it up pretty well https://youtu.be/V4dUCeF2jnU
(This is what I would personally do if I was just gaming)

I am not against intel. I just have not tried them and that is not a good thing. AMD i have never had a problem with so it's safe while intel is a risk at this time. If i had a job and i could afford a amd mobo and processor in just a month i would test it but now it's maybe 2 years of saving to replace and thats why im not willing to test Intel. And when i wrote the first message i was under the impression that upgrading a intel processor wasn't just buying a better processor you needed a new mobo aswell with a different socket. but a quick google search dismissed that, i still feel intel socket names are stupid and confusing.
If we take nvidia GPU i have had only bad experiences with them non with AMD. This GTX 750 ti has lasted the longest from total failure at about a year, the record before was 2 weeks. But this one is not perfect either had to underclock it by 200 mhz just to open a website without driver crash and computer restart.

Plus i also need atleast a quadcore processor. the game i play the most just updated from single core to support for 8 cores. didn't mention it since i could not find any non quadcore amd processors thats is above 1ghz
Not against intel just to risky for me. I do want to try them some day just not now maybe in 3 years when i'm done with school and have a job.

I did some more checking on the Intel processor with what you showed on PCpartpicker Kd0g76, It gets to 315,86 USD with those parts and i might need a new case so thats like 30 USD on top. My current case is ATX but i believe it has Micro ATX support but the case is about 15 years old so i no longer have papers with model name and unable to find anything on the case to search for.

I did change the mobo to a cheaper ATX one aswell and it came out at 294.39 USD so no matter how i try to build it with this intel processor it goes above my budget

And i was wrong in my previous post i don't need a quadcore processor i need a 4 threaded for the game i play most. so the intel would work it's just out of my budget.

With further searching i believe going with the FX6300 is the better option and skipping out on an SSD that i don't feel i really need at this stage.
