Uh you need better graphic card. Also if im not wrong The Witcher 3 kinda need big RAM.

Only change you need to consider is GPU. Everything else is excellent for gaming. But a 970 with 3.5GB VRAM will be nice.

Maybe a better CPU cooler like a Noctua NH-U12S.

Cooler would be awesome. but its better you save the money for the GPU.

Cooler is fine, the 212 can handle your CPU through a OC of 4.6 or so - OC the CPU for one thing and a better GPU would be the best upgrade, your PSU should handle any GPU you go with - a 970 or 290X would be good
