Solution
A motherboard must be SLI-ready. Crossfire will work on any motherboard that has two PCIe 16x slots, but I think SLI only works on some Z170 boards, as it's a lot less flexible. You can find which boards support SLI on Newegg by selecting socket 1151 (which is what Skylake fits into) and using the search term "SLI":

This $90 boards should work:

How many hz is your monitor? How many FPS can it display?

The ideal solution would by a Skylake i5 or better - i5 6600K + overclocking motherboard, something with the Z170 chipset, but this would requier DDR4. You could reuse your RAM in a Haswell system (i5 4690K) with a Z97-based motherboard, and it would only be a bit slower. If you don't intend to overclock, go with an i5 6500 + H170 board or i5 4690 + H97 and save some money.

Performance on these CPUs is in the range of 50-75% faster per clock, and a healthy overclock on a Skylake CPU is in the 4.6-4.8ghz range.

60 hz
Around 190 to 210 fps

Ok i will go for i5 6500 with h170
Will asus pro gaming be okay?

Do i need to change my evga 500w psu?

A 60hz monitor can only display 60fps. It refreshes 60 times per second.

You can go with the cheapest H170 board and it will not make any difference to stability or performance. The only real difference between motherboards is the connectors on the back, and what 3rd-party controllers are included - e.g. a manufacturer might use a slightly different audio solution, or have dual Intel NICs instead of a second Realtek or something.

About the motherboard

Is it possible to get a multi gpu motherboard (to use sli) + i5 6500 if yes what is it

And i will upgrade my monitor to 144hz
