upgrade cpu for gaming/streaming trying to decide what is better i7 9700k or i7 8700k.

Solid build, but you might want to rethink about the hyper 212 evo, there is a better budget cooler now.

Much better than the 212 evo and in the same price range.

The 9700k is much faster and better than the 8700k but the 8700k has a higher thread count, and it depends on which resolution you will be gaming/streaming at.
