I would wait. Intel launches 8th-gen on Aug 21st. I'm quite angry that I bought a 7700K a couple months ago to find out that the new i3 will be replacing it for nearly a third of the price.

Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Given that you're currently on the Skylake processor, you must be on the 100 series chipset board, either an H110/170 board or a B150 board. If that is the case, you're going to need to perform a BIOS update to drop in a Kabylake processor part. If you intend to drop in a Skylake processor part, you will only need to drop in the processor of choice. If you want to drop in an i5-6600(non k)/i7-6700(non k) then it's possible.

Ryzen is from AMD, Skylake/Kabylake is from Intel. They are both different platforms.

The R5-1600 is at a very attractive price/performance points for the money spent...it performs about like an i5-7500/7600 or so currently, but, it's 6 cores/12 threads should make it last (we hope) a fistful of months longer if/when games start scaling better with 6 cores... Naturally, the newer Ryzen boards are DDR4, of course..

It's already faster than the i5-7600K in some games.

But can I use i7 6700 instead of i3 6100 for best gaming I am not much a technical type what I need is just gaming . WHAT I MEAN TO SAY IS WILL IT BOOST MY PERFORMANCE WITH MY MSI RX 470 4GB

In games where your 6100 is lacking, yes the 6700 would improve performance. I would recommending updating your BIOS and getting the 7700 if you decide to stick with Intel.

I heard rumours about i7 8th generation . I also heard that 8th generation process will have more performance WITH LESS PRICE . Because INTEL will try to compete with amd ryzen so should I wait ? Or buy ryzen cpu

The only pricing I've read is $349 for the i7, which is the usual price. I believe Intel will keep the same pricing while increasing the core count to 6-cores for the i5 and i7 and 4-cores for the i3.
