Hello guys i got budget around 300$ and i need help what shoud i upgrade first cpu or gpu.

Cpu: intel pentium g3260 3.3ghz

Gpu: gt 1030 gddr5 2gb

Ram: g.skill 8gb ddr 1600mhz

Mobo: h81k-m

Psu:cheap 500w

Solution

Before I would upgrade the GPU or CPU, I would consider a PSU upgrade. If I were going to upgrade the CPU, I would recommend going with a current generation CPU, and that would require a MB and DDR4 ram also(as well as the PSU!)
Any GPU upgrade would only be bottlenecked by your current CPU

Sure if its not a "one or the other situation". If you can get a 1050/1050ti in there with a abetter PSU I would. You could then save up for the CPU, MOBO, and RAM. Those three, I refer to them as the trinity, must be replaced together in this/most cases. That is a larger expenditure than a PSU, then a GPU.

I have to say that according to your overall budget and the age of this device: What level of "cheap PSU" are we talking about here?

Is it name brand anything, just budget, or really 'trash'?

Recalling correctly, that is what LGA1150? There are loads of good procs available for that socket that would be a significant upgrade.
Personally I might consider something along the lines of a 1050ti, perhaps an i5 4690...I would check the mobo to see what TDP it will support, and the PSU, perhaps if it's really trash....throw in enough RAM to get 16GB and an SSD and that system will be ready to play another year or two on the cheap.
