Upgrade Cpu or Gpu?

Ive got an i3 6100 (Skylake) and a gtx950. Should i upgrade to an i5 6600 or my gpu to a 1060 or something... I play games that arn't very graphically intensive, such as CSGO, Rust. But sometimes play things such as Dragonage : inquistion. Thanks in advance

For CSGO, wouldn't your PC be enough ? it's not really demanding.
But for DA:I you need a 1060 to max it.
As for rust, I don't know about it. Sorry.

It depends on the game you are trying to run. A game that uses 4 or more threads and uses each core heavily will bottleneck. To run DA the minimum CPU requirement is Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz even though i3 uses hyper threading I would upgrade my pc to i5.

You dont really need an upgrade if you are happy with your system now,you can play most games at 1080p low-medium or 900p medium high.

Yeah it plays CSGO fine, but dk what would give me to most performance gain incase i want to play more graphically demanding games such as witcher 3.
