My current build is
Some shitty motherboard xd
I7 3770
Ddr 3 14gb ram ( 3 x 4 and 1 x 2 ) 1333mhz
Hyper 212 x cooler
550w 80+ psu
Asus gtx 1060 3gb

So i was thinking about upgrading whole rig ( i5 8400 , 16gb ddr4 2666mhz ram , new mobo , and gtx 1070 )
But it costs much
I wonder should upgrade just psu and gpu
Or just mobo + ram + cpu
( in some videos i saw that i5 8400 is just 10-15% difference sometimes no difference in games )
But i also know that i7 3770 and gtx 1070 can be bottleneck
What should i do
( if i7 3770 won't bottleneck i will probably upgrade gpu and psu only )

Solution
What resolution / hz?

1070 isn't all that powerful, it's maximum fps output (80ish fps 1080p) isnt enough to concern your i7.

Your current psu is enough. You could replace ram for 2x 8gb set and get away from that mixture of dual/single & flex channel setup. That would be hurting cpu performance.
