[SOLVED] Upgrade CPU or GPU?

Hi, i need some help determining which part of my build should i upgrade to get more fps on low settings in fortnite. I have a gtx 980 and an i7 4790k. I wanna play at 240 fps. So do i upgrade my cpu or gpu?

Should be at least 200fps capable with what you have now, unless you've overlooked something...
A checklist of sorts:
-Cleaned out Windows recently with a reinstall?
-Motherboard drivers up to date?
-Gpu drivers are up to date, without Geforce Experience?
-Windows files are intact? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker
-Windows Game Bar and Game Mode are disabled?
-Cpu and gpu not overheating?
-Browser isn't being run in the background?
-Not incurring a memory leak in game?
-Not running a multi-monitor setup that has screens of different refresh rates?
-Memory is dual channel of at least 16GBs?
-PC is clean of viruses/malware?
-Storage drives are in good condition, and not...
