Upgrade CPU or not?

My setup is:
CPU:Q6600
MOBO:ASUS RAMPAGE EXTREME x48
GPU:ASUS ENGTX560 DCII TOP/2DI/1GD5 1GB
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 3x500GB
SSD:128GB
CPU COOLER: COOLERMASTER SEIDON 120V
PSU:CORSAIR TX750M

So my question is, since i can't upgrade my whole setup, is it worth to upgrade my CPU with QX9650 which i found at the price of 50 euros? Will i see any difference or it's a waste of money?
And I want to change my graphics card and need suggestions.The GPU i need is for gaming,
photo and video editing.

for that money get the qX9650! that is a great deal, those things are often around $400
that is a great board so the chip should OC really well. you will see a good difference, and once you OC a great difference.
as for a graphics card there is the R9 280 which is currently around king for price to performance.
