Recently purchased a 2070 Super to replace my previous GPU which was the 1060 6GB, I'm now looking to upgrade either my RAM or CPU. My current specs consist of:

Case - NZXT H500
CPU / Processor - I7 6700k
GPU - RTX 2070 Super
Power supply - cm650x
motherboard - Asrock z270 taichi
CPU cooler - Hyper 212x evo
ram - 2x4 Corsair vengeance LPX 2400 - CMK8GX4M2A2400C14
1x8 Hyper fury - HX424C15FB2/8

At the moment im inbetween two choices, Upgrade my ram to a 16x2 kit so 32gb overall, my second choice being upgrading my CPU, im not too sure of what CPU would go well with my current GPU (2070 super) i know that my current CPU being the i7 6700k is bottle necking my GPU as its still on standard clocks, and even ocing it with still leave me with a bottleneck. So im looking for a good CPU replacement which will allow me to play on a 144hz, whilst also being able to edit on programs such as Adobe after effects and Adobe premiere Pro.
Any CPU recommendations and motherboard would be nice and if my current motherboard isn't compatible, also recommend a good motherboard to go along with it and cooler :).

My fans are literally stock, i haven't moved them. I was thinking about an AIO though, just not sure.
