Upgrade cpu ram mobo gpu psu

Hi guys,

Looking to upgrade to be able to run PUBG at about 100+ fps steady.

Current specs : i5 2500k - gtx 1050 ti - 8gb ddr3 ram - MSI-P67A-C43 (B3) mobo - 500w OCZ psu - 60gb ssd - 2tb hdd

I'm gonna upgrade part by part so buying a complete new pc is out of the question here.

Any recommendations what I should upgrade to to be able to run the game VERY smoothly?

PS : You can give me a complete pc build, if I like it I'll just buy it part by part and then build it once I have everything.

If thats what you're asking and no I haven't idk how to do that stuff, my cpu does get to 60-65 degrees when playing pubg so idk if clocking is a good idea?

Also fps wise ingame on pubg 50-60, when raining i have less, on some spots i just get random fps drops to 35-40.

I could try that for now sure but I still want to upgrade so any recommendations are appreciated

I'll buy everything part by part so it doesn't really matter that much..

I just want a decent enough gaming pc that will last for a few years.. I really want a setup with a gtx 1070 or gtx 1080 ti though.

For example :

i5 7600k, gtx 1080 ti, 16gb ddr4 ram - maybe a new psu? 600-700W? - new mobo - prob new case aswell at the end of it all because it wont fit the one I have now I think.

Also can I just OC through bios?

Old gen I7 is not worth the money anymore, with your situation, I suggest the following upgrade path:

Step 1: OC CPU

Step 2: CPU/MB/RAM combo, either coffee lake I5 or Ryzen 1600. Right now, coffee lake mb is too expensive.

Step 3: GPU, get gtx 1060 6gb, good enough for 1080p gaming @ ultra.
