Hello so i currently have this build i bough it in 2018 (excpet for the gpu)
Ryzen 2400g (Really bottlenecks my gpu)
gtx 1660 ti
Msi b350 gaming plus (Does support ryzen 3000 in the last bios)
16gb 2666mhz
1 tb hdd
cooler master mwe 500w 80 plus (low tier psu that causes coilwhine)
I have enough money for either ryzen 3600 and 500gb ssd or high tier psu and 500gb ssd so what should i do?

I'd probably do it different again and save up a bit more to get the Ryzen 3600 and the quality PSU and then get the SSD later. Sure, Windows and games will load slower with the hard drive, but your games will still run better and you'll have upgraded to a higher tier of what is essentially the most important component in the system.

I essentially cannot live with any pc that lacks an SSD. Though, even a cheap ssd is good enough for me.

What is your budget for upgrade aswell as country?

Maybe you can get a 240gb ssd and better PSU?
I live in Egypt, My budget is 300$ (Ryzen 3600 =200$-500gb ssd costs 75$) the cheapest gold psu I can find costs 120$ so i am thinking of getting a quality one next year (rmx or seasonic focus for example) what’s your opinion?

Slightly over budget. You could order the PSU and ssd first then wait a little on the CPU if you really need to.

The Corsair CX650 is a very solid and modern PSU, though it lacks modularity.

A month ago the R5 3600 was slightly cheaper, so you could wait for a sale.
