Greetings,

My current RIG is as follows:

Intel 6700K

1080 GTX TI

32GB of DDR4 3200 MHz ram

1440P 144hz primary display

1080P 144hz secondary display.

EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 (750 watts)

I am essentially looking at getting a new CPU but also a CPU that can handle my plans going forward. I am looking for a CPU that can handle playing a game, streaming said game and also possibly hosting a dedicated server for that game all simultaneously. I was looking at the 10850K or Ryzen 7 5800X to pull this off. Would this be enough? The streaming content will be at 1080P 30fps.

Additionally, the dedicated server would only be running while I play said game, It won't be running 24/7. Also, the streaming would not occur constantly. The majority of the CPU loads will just be for the game on my primary screen and my browser playing vids on the secondary.

5800X will do everything you need.
With 8 cores and 16 threads, its hard to push it to the max by just playing/streaming a game. It can handle hosting a server also.
So you will just need a CPU, motherboard and a CPU cooler.
I would go for something like this:

If your case doesnt support 360mm rads, or you preffer a air cooler over AIO, Noctua NH-D15 or Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 are the ones i would go for. <- just make sure your case supports their height, also be sure to check ram clearance.
