Upgrade decisions?

What should I upgrade in my system first? I thought about a CPU upgrade I thought about getting a Phenom II X4 965 and a MSI 760GM-E51 and a RAIDMAX RX-600AF 600W, I have about $230 to spend and can't decide what to upgrade. Help please!

Specs:
I5 650 3.2ghz
Gigabyte radeon hd 7850 oc 1gb
1tb HDD
8gb 1333mhz DDR3
500w 80+ rocketfish power supply
Asus cg5275-ar003.

PSU from Rocketfish to something else than Raidmax which is worse. Recommended brands are Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, Enermax and XFX to name few. You could as well get a SSD for your OS and frequent programs.

So my cpu is fine? I may get a aftermarket cooler and overclock it and a new psu so I can overclock my gpu also. A corsair cs600w would be fine wouldn't it, I hear corsair makes good psus.

Yes your CPU is not bad, Corsair is a quality brand.

Yes it would but it would take all your budget and some since it would need platform change to be viable. After market cooler and overclock would yield close to the same.
