Upgrade decreased my FPS in Minecraft?

Below are my specs:
CPU- FX 6300 3.5 Ghz
GPU- GTX 770 2Gb
RAM- 8Gb
With this I only manage to get about 60-150 FPS while before my setup was with 4Gb less RAM and I managed 200-300 FPS? This is with Optifine and both 1.8.1 and 1.7.10 have similar FPS. I have 3Gb Allocated to Minecraft and have tried 1-4 Gb. Also I manage to run shaders at 20-60 FPS?

4GB of RAM to 8Gb of RAM

Please list the specific RAM that was installed before (model number), what RAM was added (model number), what motherboard you are using, and what slots each DIMM is installed to.

Some AM3+ motherboards will actually allow each channel to operate with independent memory timings, which will effectively disable channel interleave functions. If your memory upgrade involves a mismatched set of memory, then you may have to manually configure speeds, timings, voltage, and interleave settings.
